Also agree that you have to put in on a flat surface, ther seems to be some bumps there.
Good Luck!

This is a repeat customer I have had for many years and I have set-up moonwalks and water slides in the exact same spot. I just don't think I am going to be happy with this unit with the way it leans - it is noticeable - the customer commented on it. It is not dramatic but noticeable - just not what I was expecting.
You can see how it is sewn different up front. One side pulls and has excess vinyl and the other is nice and flat. Just disappointed - I just feel this is something that should of been fixed before shipping it out to me.

As I see it
1. You can contact the MFG and ask them to build a new one.. but they are likely going to ask you to ship it back and repair it is my best guess versus building you a new one.
2. Ask for a discount, ask for the manufacturer to comp you back the difference of the return shipping and possibly the labor it would cost to fix this item. By doing this you have a use-able rental unit and a lessor price allowing you to reach quicker ROI.
3. Use it and abuse it... as I am guessing the stress points created by the shortened hem will prove faulty before your warranty expires.. then send it back for warranty repair before the warranty period expires. Receive back a nearly new inflatable with extend life enabling you to rent it out longer.
Who knows you might be able to combine suggestion #2 & #3
IMHO... this is something that will bother you more so then your customers. Like my car for example. Everyone always compliments how nice my car looks as they over look the blemishes that only I see that every time i walk up to it an open the door to get in.

Out of 100 plus units I got from Jumpions 1 came in like this and it went right back and Aram paid for everything. But because of that I ask him to inspect everything that comes out of his place and he does and sends me pics from his personal phone.
Please keep us informed on what happens Im looking at purchasing several units from Boris this spring.
