There's a good name, leaning tower of chit.
Looks like the top of the slide is to long and pushing the bouncer over, definitely a manufacturer defect.
On a side note, the customer will notice it and complain about your unit going to one side, viagra might help.

This is the first I've seen any of Boris's unit in questioned. As picky as Boris is with his stuff, I'm sure he blew this unit up before he sent it. Either way contact him and take a picture of it on a solid ground to show any leans. If you can, a video would be awesome.
I am letting a friend use it this weekend at a indoor event so I can take a video on 100% level surface. I will be able to judge exactly the degree of the slope. I just wanted to make sure that this was not "normal" since this is my first combo unit of this design (all others have the slide inside the unit). I don't think I will be happy with this unit so I think I will contact Boris again and request to send it back. Other than the slant the unit looks amazing. I am just disappointed after how highly recommended this company came that he sent me a unit with such a noticeable defect?

Don't worry. This is Boris you are dealing with. Satisfaction is his main goal. He will take care of it.

LOL Boris must be doing something right. There are so many people trying to defend him. If it was another manufacturer, this thread would have been 8 pages long by now.......
That's what happens when companies like this produce quality products. It creates loyal customer base who will back up their products. To me it looks like the ground is not leveled.

SORRY but i wouldnt rent it out if i can see it then the customer or a friend of the family will see it..BORIS has lots of unit that are by far great in my book LASER has several and i seen them all in action in his warehouse...its a fix that wouldnt be a big deal ...I see the problem in the sewing that is causing this lean it will be obvious to most with experience building inflatables, that said.. this unit is functional and does not pose a safety hazard to riders. It may experience some stress pulling at the seems in that left corner of the bounce area in the long run.
As I see it
1. You can contact the MFG and ask them to build a new one.. but they are likely going to ask you to ship it back and repair it is my best guess versus building you a new one.
2. Ask for a discount, ask for the manufacturer to comp you back the difference of the return shipping and possibly the labor it would cost to fix this item. By doing this you have a use-able rental unit and a lessor price allowing you to reach quicker ROI.
3. Use it and abuse it... as I am guessing the stress points created by the shortened hem will prove faulty before your warranty expires.. then send it back for warranty repair before the warranty period expires. Receive back a nearly new inflatable with extend life enabling you to rent it out longer.
Who knows you might be able to combine suggestion #2 & #3
IMHO... this is something that will bother you more so then your customers. Like my car for example. Everyone always compliments how nice my car looks as they over look the blemishes that only I see that every time i walk up to it an open the door to get in.

When we received the email on Sunday, Sunday not being a regular business day we still went out of our way and made a phone call to our customer to discuss this issue. When we received the picture as a manufacturer the first thing we thought was what many of you mentioned the leveling of the ground. We know she has mentioned that it is due to the way the picture was taken that it looks that way but we have asked her to try and find a flat surface and she will be doing so I believe this weekend. We have also explained to her and too many of our customers that there is a slight tilt on all units tilting towards the inside (middle) and that all has to do with the safety and engineering part of the unit.
As one of you mentioned, and as many of you know we take a photo/video of every unit and email it before the unit is shipped out asking if there is anything that needs to be changed or if anything looks wrong with the unit. Following our routine we have done so with this unit and did receive the O.K. to ship out. And we are still willing to take care of this issue to keep our customer happy.
Quality and customer service comes first for us. We have pictures of this unit before it went out and don’t see anything wrong with the unit from the manufacturer’s point of view. Looking at our pictures of this unit and seeing nothing wrong with it we have offered this customer for us to sign off on a 5 year warranty covering the quality for this specific unit writing that we will cover anything that has to do with what she is mentioning at this time as a defect just to show that we stand behind the quality of our products and don’t want to leave any of our customers dissatisfied. We have also given her another option for her to send the unit back with shipping costs being covered by us and for us to get the unit back to her with the necessary changes.
We would like to thank all our customers and future customers for all the great advice and thank you for trying to help find a solution.

Like I said so many times, I have 3 of his combos, and they are the most eye popping, customer loving, best ROI'ing (in my inventory) inflatables I have.
For Boris this is not his job/company, its his passion and hobby, he can explain every pressure point, stitch count, hour spent, etc etc etc off every unit he makes

It is so nice to see a manufacturer respond to a cusomers worries in this manner. No fighting, no aggression! Seeing customer service like this will have me looking to him for my future purchases!

I bought a used one from that company and sold it the very same year. It wouldn't inflate firm enough (insert Viagra joke here)
For that unit, I tried everything from Black Box blowers to using two blowers connected to the only inflation tube.
That's my only experience with them. I'm sure they make good equipment but occassionally a lemon floats to the top.
