I need to officially hire him as mama is getting too old, and frankly, he needs to be an employee. For any of you that have hired your children, what, if any are the differences that hiring Jo blow? I am researching it of course, but just want to do it right. Thanks!

Commercial Vehicle Insurance requires drivers to be at least 21 years old.  I had to keep being "the driver".

The cost to feed them during the day is higher than the actual wage you will pay them.  I found that out the hard way :/

Thanks guys :)  I will be the driver for sure, but I know there are some benefits to hiring him.   I am meeting with my accountant next week to do taxes (thrilled, thrilled) and discuss this.
