Like a lot of you, I am pretty much a one man show. But I bought a 18' slide that weighs a little over 400lbs, that I just can not fold and put on the trailer by myself. I think it looks unproffessional to have my customer help me not to mention the lawsuit if they get hurt. I think my limit is around 350lbs. Am I just a, "Girly Man" and need to eat some wheaties or have you guys found a technique for folding, rolling and dollying these bohemoths yourself.

Thats about it, 350 pounds. After that the injury aspect is too great for most. I'm sure there's guys out there, but 400 plus is too much for most.

Like Tammie said...any type of lifting gets harder as the day goes on. I myself will be trying to get some reliable contractors to help out.

I am able to roll my slide by myself but its only about 330 lbs. I have my Obstacle Cousrse coming and my combos. The combo is 365 and the slide is 380 on the OC so is the game portion. I hope it will go well.

Wow, my combo arrived about an hour ago!!! I think the truckdriver was surprised to have a woman meet him for the delivery!!! I'm kinda scared, the thing is looking pretty heavy!!! Better start lifting some mellonballs to get back in shape, it was a long winter!!! :smile3:

Which combo's and slides? The one i posted AkaReaper sells. It takes a 13 x 13 Mod panel.

The new style one does!

We have been listing to everyones imput on this combo. Its gonna go over very well. It is a 15 x 17 footprint, 365lbs, 18oz vinyl, 13 ft slide, 9 x 17 bounce area.

it will also come in a sports theme with the balls at the top. Any suggestions on color combo's you would like to see?

Any other changes you would like to do?

Please leave your imput!

Thanks,

Michael

make one that the 15x15 panels will fit on. :good: Maybe you could have an option 13 on front or 15 on side? something like that :smile3:

I know we can make this one a little bigger to take 15 x 15 panels just extend the bounce area. Would work fine. But its 365 now because is all 18 oz vinyl. So making it any bigger would tip it over 400.

Iam a big old boy and I can if I have to, roll up my slide and oc by myself. I can put it on my handtruck and load it in my cargo trailer by myself. But I have found the "get some help" technique works best. Like rs said you only have one back. :angry2:
