So I noticed that over the past few weeks that many had been commending EZ inflatables for their product and customer service. Well I decided to check them out and placed my first purchases with them last Friday. I worked with Aaron & Eddie who were both very helpful. They also helped me make one of my own interactive game ideas a reality. I thought that the prices were very reasonable, even on my custom built unit. And you can't go wrong with a 3.5 year warranty. I'll have them at the beggining of March and can't wait to try them out.

It's hard to describe, but basically, its one inflatable unit that you can use as a 2 or 4 person joust, 2 or 4 person tug of war, pillow bash, 2 person's jacob ladder, or etc. You basically rotate the pedestals if you are doing joust or tug of war. Then you can insert a beam for the pillow bash. And finally the ladder devises can be inserted to play jacob's ladder.

Nope. I already got dedicated bull inflatables. The interactive games don't rent as much so it will be like instead of switching panels on a modular bounce, I will switch accessories on this inflatable.

Just know that EZ will have it to you by then. I made the mistake of playing it safe and turning down rentals until I had the pieces in my possession. Well sure enough they delivered right on time (actually a couple days early) and I missed a whole weekend worth of bookings because I was too conservative and played it safe, thinking the pieces would be a little late.

I've had some problems with late equipment from manufacturers, but NEVER EZ Inflatables. Eddie is the bomb!

Hey Dan, have you been going to the all you can eat buffet and tanning salon?

The only problem with NOT playing is safe is..... What happens when it gets lost in shipping? Or a forklift goes thru the box? That does happen just FYI.

I would continue to "Play it safe" before you start renting it out.

John and Eddie are awesome!!!

Yeah you are probably right. Unfortunately I have not done that with my latest order...

I'm getting read to order an OC. Very anxious to check their stuff out. Michael is right, I'd rather lose a weekend of rentals than have a few peeed off customers.

Great! Let us know what you think. I think you will be happy.

Well, I took the chance with my latest order and booked 5 people on the new piece Eddie made me. Sure enough it will be here early next week as committed.

We ordered a new water slide from TIS last year and booked events two weeks after the expected arrival date. Wouldn't you know that the shipping company lost it for two weeks? Yup, we had two mad moms. I learned my lesson. Michael is right

Ordered the 18 foot slide, it showed up four days late (shipping company's fault) and came with a 1.5 hp blower instead of the 2 hp that the website said. Waiting to hear back from the company about the blower. Eddie has been very helpful though, and I expect that it will be taken care of.

Does he putt extra vinyl at the entrance to the obstacle courses now? My competitor has one of his units and has been happy with it. I did notice that the seem at the entrance is getting a lot of traffic. Ninja puts a removable cover at their entrances...does Eddie do this also?

Not on mine, no. Doesn't seem to be an issue though, it goes out a lot and looks good as new...

I talked to Eddie the other day too. He actually called me and just gave me a courtesy call to let me know that my units were being worked on and that everything is on time and no problems. I'm excited.

I am really curious to see what he has made for you. Our custom combo unit came out great!

Sounds like your new unit will be perfect for grad nights and after proms.
