What are your costs to the site? I would think $1.50-$3 per 100 words isn't going to be too appealing for most people. I'm sure they charge you a lot more for the service and pay the content writers pennies. You are the one that is now getting writers with experience in this business to sign up. Why don't you just pay that directly to those interested?
